He even graciously took me to Floor and Decor to help me pick the right flooring for me! Especially with difficult to find pieces, Jimmy was resourceful in finding matching transition pieces. He was very friendly, polite, and professional in all interactions. Best of all, his quote was easily the most competitive of the 3 vendors with whom we inquired. Other contractors really wanted to push their own flooring materials or quoted at an excessive cost. Jimmy was flexible and wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final product.
During installation, Jimmy was independent and on time. He tried to schedule installation so that we could still work from home and not be bothered by construction noise. He was considerate of our home and pets! After each day he cleaned thoroughly and gave us a quick update of what had been completed and what was to come.

“Look floors are floors, I know that’s not an exciting thing to review. What is _much_ more interesting here is what happened during my installation: I managed to get the flu halfway through the job (not from them, of course!). That’s nobody’s idea of a good time, but they handled the situation completely professionally, checked up to make sure I was okay, and came back when it was safer to do so to finish up.
